We are confident that our furniture prices are the cheapest online(UK).
If you see it cheaper we will refund you the difference.
Just a few conditions:
1. Must be the same product and dimensions
2. Price must include delivery similar to the one we offer (max 7 days), if delivery charged is extra will be included in overall comparison.
3. Must be from a UK based 'stand alone' retail web-store and available for immediate delivery.
4. Products must not be on sale or part of a bankrupt/ closing down clearance.
5. This offer stands for a period of 7 days after you have purchased the item from us.
What if you see it cheaper?
1. Contact us by email giving us details of the website and product ID
2. We will then immediately check and if agree will refund the difference back to your original payment method.
Free next day delivery
All our products are sent to you free of charge on a next day uk mainland tracked delivery service.
Note: Next day means (working day) we are unable at present to offer a weekend delivery service, also all orders taken over the weekend or bank holiday will be sent on the following working day. All orders taken on the Friday- Sunday will be sent on the following Monday for a delivery Tuesday
Note: Deliveries to Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland will take up to 3 days. We currently do not have a delivery service to the Channel Islands.
We will endeavor to send all orders up until 10am out on the same day
If you are unable to take delivery of the item on the day scheduled could you contact us by email or telephone immediately after confirmed purchased so we can arrange a more suitable delivery date.
Notification: Once collected by courier we will send you by email a confirmation off dispatch and tracking number.
We are unable to schedule a particular time of delivery but if the courier miss you they will leave a calling card with contact details, If you do not get in contact with them they will attempt again the following working day.

We will contact you on the rare occasion something goes wrong and courier is unable to deliver as arranged.
Free no quibble returns policy
We are completely confident that you will love our products. Therefore we have a FREE ' No quibble returns' policy.
If you are unhappy with the product or just changed your mind, please (contact us) within 30 days of purchase. (item must be unused).
We will contact you to arrange a collection date for our courier.
Please repack item in original packaging ready for collection.
Refund: Once we have received returned item we will do a full refund to payment method used ( within 2 working days). We will notify you of refund by email. It way take a few days to show up on your account , please (contact us) if any questions.
Replacement of Damaged or faulty item.
If on the rare occasion the item you receive is damaged or faulty, we can replace it.
Please (contact us) within 7 days of delivery, as above for returns please repack in original packaging for collection.
We will contact you to arrange swap date for courier.
(please note collection and delivery will not always be by the same driver).
Note: if we are unable to send a replacement item (out of stock) we will immediately notify you with the date item will be back in stock, you can then choose whether to just have the item returned for a refund or wait until reserved replacement is back in stock before arranging another swap over date
